A simple plan for life is change, find yourself the nicest range, strange
Then you see the light, Then you find the right, On a bright day
There’s a population boom going on, There’s a planetary shift you can hear it in this song ,
They try to heal it then cut it, heal it then cut it, heal it then cut it don’t cut it again
If you feel it then love it, if you feel it then love it, if you feel it love it my friend
Its right in front of us each and every one of us Freedom or death yes the two are antonymous
Symphonic, jus hearin good news I keep my ears open and stare to the moon
I know theres more than hope when I put out the feelers, We all want the same thing when we’re bein all realist
Collective consciousness lets form a village, Then spread good feelings till there aint no more killers
And I apologize if I didn’t always rise to occasion, Had to come of age and apply my knowledge to my personal experiences
If I didn’t I could’ve died in all seriousness, We’ve come far y’all
As a person, as a people, as a world Its time to raise the bar
Its not hard just remember who you are, Its not hard just remember
all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration,
we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively,
there is no such thing as death,
life is only a dream,
and we are the imagination of ourselves.

4/10 - Ouija Board and Channeling at Katie's Place
We lit a few candles, turned off the lights, sat on her bed with the board, and began the session.
Katie: Is there anybody there?
YES.
K: Would you like to talk with us?
YES.
K: What is your name?
L-E-M.
(We assumed these were initials.)
Alex: What does the L stand for?
L-A-R-R-Y.
A: Are you male?
YES.
A: How old are you, Larry?
2-3.
K: Larry, how did you die?
E-X-T-A-S-Y.
(We had been discussing ecstasy not too long before the session.)
K: Is that really how you died, Larry?
(Indecisive movement.) NO.
K: Where are you?
(Katie knew the answer right after she asked.)
H-E-R-E.
K: How long have you been here?
(Moved off the board.)
A: Have you been here less than a year?
YES.
A: Have you been here less than a month?
YES.
A: Have you been here less than a week?
YES.
A: Where are you from?
V.
K: Are you from Virginia?
YES.
A: Did you know people from Minnesota?
YES.
A: Did you have a girlfriend, Larry?
YES.
K: Did you and your girlfriend have tons of raunchy sex?
NO.
K: Do you wish you had?
YES.
K: Why are you here, Larry?
K-A.
(We assumed this meant Katie.)
A: Do you like Katie?
YES.
K: Were you here earlier when I was changing?
YES.
A: So why are you here?
(Moved off the board.)
(We assumed this meant he didn't want to say.)
A: What's your favourite colour?
(I knew the answer before he started spelling.)
Y-E-L-
A: Yellow.
(Stopped spelling.)
K: Was your girlfriend attractive?
NO.
K: Do you think I'm attractive?
YES.
A: Are you bisexual?
NO.
A: When's your birthday?
8-2.
(Katie's birthday is also August 2nd!)
K: When did you die, Larry?
(Moved off the board.)
(We started to assume that he didn't like serious questions.)
A: Are you a day person or a night person?
D.
A: Do you like cats?
NO.
(We couldn't think of anymore questions for awhile. We also were doubting whether or not this was just our own psyche's fucking with us. So we decided to head in a different direction.)
A: If you can, make your presence known by blowing out a candle.
(We waited. Nothing. We assumed it was possibly too hard for him.)
K: If you can, make your presence known by making a sound.
(We waited. Again, nothing.)
A: Are you trying?
YES.
K: Is there some method that would be easier?
YES.
K: What is that method?
M-I-R-R-O-R-S.
(At this point we both got too scared of that idea.)
A: Can it be either one of us?
YES.
(Neither one of us wanted to do this. I grabbed Katie's mirror off of her dresser and set it leaning on a pillow, face down.)
K: How does this method work?
L-O-O-K.
(Again, we both were too nervous.)
A: Would one of us be easier than the other?
A.
(We assumed this meant Alex. I took a deep breath, turned the mirror around, and stared. Nothing happened.)
(An idea then popped into Katie's head, and she explained to me about the divination technique called scrying. So I held the mirror in front of me and stared. But the lighting seemed too dim.)
(Katie tested the method closer to the candles. She said her face became whiter, and she got scared and stopped.)
(I sat down by the candles and held the mirror close to my face. There was lots of dissolving of my features. I kept my concentration on not trying to focus on anything specific. There was more dissolving and slight changes. I caught glimpses of darker eyes, and rounder face, and more stretched-out lips. It was a bit unnerving. Afterwards, I felt drained for awhile.)
(Katie wanted to try again, so we switched spots. She also began seeing dark eyes [we didn't discuss what we saw until we both had done this] but nothing else was really clear.)
(I used the board while Katie was still looking.)
A: Would you show yourself to Katie?
(Indecisive movement.) C.
(I assumed this meant the cat, and that it was bothering him. She had jumped onto the bed a few minutes before and was being nosy. Katie brought her out of the room.)
A: How can Katie see you?
A.
(We assumed this again meant Alex. Katie joined me on the bed.)
K: Why Alex?
B-O-Y.
K: Are you more comfortable with him because he's a boy?
YES.
(We then discussed the possibility of Larry coming inside of me, and that's why I had felt so drained before.)
A: Larry, when you showed yourself to me, were you inside of me?
YES.
A: Could you do it again?
YES.
A: So if I let you inside me, would you be able to show yourself to Katie?
YES.
A: Would you be able to show yourself if she looked at my face?
YES.
A: What would she have to focus on?
(Indecisive movement.)
A: Does she already know?
YES.
A: What would I have to focus on?
(Indecisive movement.)
K: Should he focus on an object or event or something?
YES.
(We digress with random questions about sports for a while.)
A: What should I focus on?
K-A-I-T-E.
A: What about her? Focus on who she is as a person?
YES.
(We discussed what each of us were going to focus on, then told Larry we were ready.)
(We got comfortable, and Katie began to scry using my face. I repeated Katie's name in my head and thought about what I liked about her, what were her positive traits/qualities, et cetera. After only a minute or two of scrying, a face that was entirely different from mine appeared. Katie later said he looked younger than 23, had wavy brown hair, brown eyes, delicate features, and wide smiling lips. He had looked at her contentedly and non-threateningly. Katie: "I couldn't look away for a second, but then realized I was freaked out and looked away. I didn't tell Alex I saw anything yet. I kept scrying and kept seeing partial features, especially smiles. I asked Alex if he smiled and he said no. He then had to take his contacts out [eyes were getting too dry]. When he came back we continued but I was still seeing a smile and just pieces of his face at a time. It was at a particular time when he smiled at me that I realized his name wasn't Larry.")
K: Is your name really Larry?
NO.
A: What is it?
Z-H-T.
A: Could you spell your first name?
Z-E-K-E.
(Right after the Z was centered, Katie knew it was Zeke.)
A: Is your name really Zeke?
YES.
A: Is Larry your father?
YES.
(We had conversation about the whole previous experience for awhile.)
A: Are you still inside me?
YES.
A: How long are you going to be there?
(Indecisive movement.)
A: How many minutes?
2-0.
(With a few more questions, I realized I was able to answer them without the board. At this realization, I also felt the urge to talk to Katie, kind of like as an ambassador for Zeke. AKA a channel, or vessel.)
Hi.
K: Hi.
I like you.
K: Thanks, I like you too.
Want to go out?
K: Where would you take me?
-Smiles- Heaven.
K: -Giggle-
(Katie didn't know what else to say, and I could tell Zeke became shy.)
A: There's something he wants.
K: What?
A: He doesn't want to tell, he doesn't think you'll do it.
K: What is it?
A: He wants a kiss.
K: -Giggles- Well, tell Zeke I'll kiss him if he tells me how he died.
A: I can't read an answer.
(We went to the board.)
K: If I agree to kiss you will you tell us how you died?
YES.
K: So how did you die?
E-X.
A: Were you killed accidentally?
YES.
A: Did you kill yourself?
(Moved off the board.)
K: Did you kill yourself because of an ex?
YES.
K: Did she break your heart?
YES.
(Then Katie had no idea what to say, and I could tell Zeke had started to sulk.)
A: He's frustrated.
K: Why?
A: You aren't really making him feel better.
(Katie went silent for awhile, then started talking to Zeke.)
K: So are you more of a dog person?
Yes.
K: What kind of dogs?
Beagles. And basset hounds.
K: Did you have one?
No.
K: My brother has a basset hound. He's cute.
-Smiles and chuckles-
Okay, I'm ready for that kiss now.
K: Okay.
Lie on your back.
K: -Giggles-
What, haven't you been kissed on your back before?
K: Well, yeah...
Alex is more nervous than I am.
K: Why?
He doesn't want to tell you.
K: Why not?
-Giggles and shakes head-
K: Why not?
-Silence-
K: He knows he can tell me anything.
A: He wants to switch positions.
(We moved.)
A: He doesn't want to do anything till you can see him.
K: -Nods-
Let's play pretend.
K: Okay.
Because I want you to pretend that you've wanted this for a very long time.
K: I have.
(I [Zeke] move up close to Katie. She stares and looks for his face. He puts his hand on her cheek. She sees his face and smiles.)
Hi.
K: -Smiles again- Hi.
Close your eyes.
(Katie does. He kisses her, slowly, twice. Then rolls onto his back, beaming.)
(My heart felt like bursting forth through my chest.)
(Katie said she was feeling really shaky and energized, very excited.)
A: He says, 'Thank you.'
K: He was probably talking to you.
A: Yeah.
Katie: Is there anybody there?
YES.
K: Would you like to talk with us?
YES.
K: What is your name?

(We assumed these were initials.)
