- Albert Einstein

“The human being is a part of a whole, called by us ‘Universe,’ a part limited by us in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest...a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires, and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.”

The world needs support,
let's give it our backs;
We can help midwife
an over due collapse.

Initially it will inwardly fall;
a suicidal C-sectioned sprawl.
Soon after, look closely amongst the destruction,
Phoenix, arises, by way of forced induction.

The stench of sitting on our thumbs,
Waiting for Winter's dread to come,

Hiding amongst an illusory disease,
That never seems to please,
Distraction is a movement
Neither good nor bad; no judgement
please

Take Heed, Don't Titanic
Nature's verbs are more organic
Her motion
Your spirit
Can you hear it

Bring down the sovereign phallocracy
Pave new ground for revamped
philosophy, theology, feminology, pagancology,
ancestrology
This ain't no time for mediocrity

Do you know what they say
about the best sort of ground?
It is truly the middle ground
Where there's no ground at all
(Thus there's nowhere to fall;)
