Real Fucking Inner Turmoil - Turbulant, Tumultuous, Hazy Rage

Three nights ago I became overwhelmingly disconnected with myself. It happened suddenly, after Katie did some energy work on my throat. I became irrationally helpless to a rage, an anger, but one that felt foreign to me. Can negative energy invade and attack? I still don't know what to make of it. :/
